Adrienne Belafonte Biesemeyer is the eldest daughter of activist, humanitarian, and entertainer, Harry Belafonte. She is a licensed professional counselor and the founder and executive director of Anir Foundation/Anir Experience, an organization seeking social change in underserved Southern African communities and the Caribbean. The organization is particularly focused on issues of housing, education, health, and cultural heritage preservation for women, children, and families.
