Marianna Martinelli is a community builder and strategist who has experience running community for coworking spaces in New York City. She's learned a whole lot about how to build community and create an environment that's welcoming and accepting. Today she's going to tell us how to identify the avatars of your ideal community member and how to make sure that they feel safe. She's also going to talk about how to measure your outcomes so you know what success looks like, which is hugely important for community building (and a bit elusive).
