The gag order in Trump‘s hush money case will stay in place. It requires Trump not make any public statements about witnesses in the case, jurors, prosecutors, court staff or members of their families. New York’s high court would not hear Trump’s appeal on the gag order. The penalty phase is expected to begin July 11th.
