Frank Daly and Mike Kitlas discuss how our thoughts work in this week’s podcast episode of Perspective Shift. Many of us are conditioned to believe that life is just happening to us, when, in reality, our thoughts and focus create our experiences. We can set an intention or goal of where we would like to go by getting into the felt experience of that goal as if it has already happened. The key is to let go of that feeling and go about your day, knowing that what you want will come. In other words, you are allowing the seed to grow. By becoming detached from physical reality, we can tap more into the unmanifest. Detaching also allows us to let go of old emotional patterns that can be triggered by family, friends, or other situations, especially during the holiday season. This means we can remain present and release any “justified grievances.”
