About Our Guest
Debra Doroni is a leadership advisor and certified and International Coach Federation accredited executive and leadership coach whose mission is to engage leaders at all levels to fulfill their greatness in their professional and personal lives. She brings to her coaching more than 25 years experience as an executive, having held strategic and operational leadership roles in large and small physician practice, academic hospital and for-profit healthcare settings.

She holds a BA in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross and an MBA in Finance from Boston College. She completed her coach training at the Gestalt International Study Center. Debra is currently pursuing a Doctor of Psychology in Leadership Psychology from William James College.

Debra serves as the exclusive Executive Coach for the Boston College Woods College of Advancing Studies Master of Healthcare Administration Program and was selected for the coaching panels of the Massachusetts Medical Society Physician Health Service and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Having been compelled in the aftermath of cancer treatment to transform her own professional and personal life, Debra has a particular interest in working with leaders whose professional identity has been impacted by injury or disease and those facing burnout in their professional or personal lives.
