Ismail has decades of experience in helping Fortune 500 companies through his work with IBM, Accenture, Capco and Capita. Ismail is currently chief growth officer at Capita, a non exec board member for UK Sports and on the board of governors at the University of London. He recently released his first book..’from incremental to Exponential’.
