Today’s guest is Rolonda Watts, who’s had a prolific career as a writer, speaker, journalist, voice actor, and comedienne. With all that’s going on in the U.S. today, Jeffrey and Rolonda had an honest, meaningful, and impactful conversation about race relations. She stresses the importance of having an open dialogue between races and we have to confront society’s demons head-on. For as bad as things are, Rolonda believes we will come out the other side of this unrest better, adding “Crap makes gardens grow.” She also channeled a conversation she had with the late poet, Maya Angelou, who reminded us all to be a rainbow in somebody else’s cloud.
