

EP. 1 Turn Adversity Into Opportunity & the Importance of Resilience with Brennan Marilla
Brennan Marilla started his career as a sales rep in wine, then jumped into the medical industry with Novartis and then with Angiodynamics. After numerous accolades in sales, he joined Medtronic Cardiovascular. There he took on various sales and commercial leadership roles and when he went to Covidien, he ultimately became the GM for the entire Endovascular franchise. Brennan then transitioned into the start-up world to be the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) for Surgical Specialties Corporation, turning around the $150M business and tripled its valuation in two years. He currently serves as the CCO & COO for Ossio, an Israel/US Orthopedics start-up.
