Jesus Over Everything Summer Reset: REPLAY // Alisa Keeton on Experiencing a Body Revelation
Continuing the Summer Reset series on resetting your body, this conversation picks up where the last episode left off – not with behavior modification, but with the deeper question underneath it all: How do we actually see ourselves, and where did that story come from? Alisa Keeton has spent 35 years at the intersection of faith and wellness, and what she brings to this conversation isn't a program, it's a framework. Alisa unpacks the way chronic stress rewires the brain, the way childhood shame messages shape our relationship with food, and the way the body was designed not to be worshiped or punished. Lisa brings her own story to the conversation as well, including what God showed her about neglecting the body while serving Him with everything else. If you’re looking for a spiritually grounded, scientifically informed path toward genuine freedom in the body, this episode is for you!
Please note: This episode includes discussion of eating disorders and body image. It is not recommended for young or developing children.
