We look at the impact of losing his best friend and bandmate Mark Sheehan tragically last year, alcohol free living, touring with Pink, finding space in the busyness and not losing sight of what’s really important - Plus all his favourite techniques for dealing with a full mind including his own invention of un-peopling!
