1. The opinions about underrides are quite diverse - one group saying the cost benefit is too low, another saying the implementation of underrides would result in more fatalities.  How did each side get to their conclusion?

2. Why was an underride rule on the table in the first place?

3. What are the timetable steps going forward if this is to become a rulemaking?

4. The less seat belts are used, the greater the chance of a fatality in an accident.  Will we see more stringent enforcement on seat belt use in trucks?

5. We’ve got a chart of the last several years of statistics - you can take us through this but is there a reason that the number of accidents and the percentage has gone up in 2021?
