Roseann is not only Liv's mom- but also a licensed therapist who focuses on wellness techniques for healing. We have an amazingly meaningful conversation about mental health, navigating anxiety, leaning into uncertainty, and much, much more. By the end of this episode, you're gonna wish she was your mom, too.
