This workshop outlines emerging worldviews—liberty, morality, religion, and spirituality—and shows how each one misunderstands the gospel in different ways. Kamal Weerakoon explores how they blind people to their need for Christ by proposing alternative ways of salvation. Understanding these belief systems and the ways of life they inculcate will help us minister to the different people we will encounter in this time of change.
Kamal is an assistant minister at Gracepoint Presbyterian church and an adjunct lecturer at Christ College (Sydney) and the Reformed Theological College (Melbourne).
