The biggest mistake I used to make was not prioritizing my health, I would put my family first, then my work, then my health.
One day I asked my wife, “what can I do for you?” and she told me that I needed to take care of myself so that I could take care of others. Now I spend A MINIMUM of an hour a day on my health, and I’ve applied that same philosophy to the people that are most important in my life.
