PP013 : What is Productivity

Last week I asked a quick question over in the Productive Pastor Community on Facebook about what content folks would enjoy hearing. We had a great add-in suggestion asking about defining productivity, and I realized it was a good conversation before we jump into the next few episodes.  So what is productivity?  Knowledge, Awareness, and then Action.  Or at least that is how I will define it currently.
