If you’ve seen a shift since the pandemic, you’re not alone in your VOLUME. Across the country — and the world — there are “vocal fireworks” erupting. The thing is shouting DOES cause a short term release in your mind and body! But afterwards it makes us feel pretty rubbish. So, how can we try to react with less anger.
