On this episode of Rehash: a web3 podcast, we’re chatting with Dayo Adeosun, Co-Founder of Glass Protocol.
Dayo was nominated by Tyler Internet, and some of the questions asked in this episode were provided by DAO members Carsten Pötter, Andy, and Tyler Internet.
We kickoff the episode discussing Dayo’s unique background and how that led him into web3, and eventually to co-founding Glass Protocol. Dayo explains some of the issues with the web2 creator economy and how web3 and Glass are offering an alternative. Dayo takes us through the process of minting on Glass and explains how the backend of Glass works as well.
Next, Dayo lays out all of the possibilities for selling video NFTs on Glass, including editions and pricing models. He also explains how Glass not only provides a platform for creators wanting to sell their videos as NFTs, but also assists them in growing their audience, marketing, and ultimately making money.
To close out the episode, Dayo leaves us with some advice on marketing and community building, and he also gives us some insight into Glass’s unique business model.
