We know how it is. You're trying to stop certain behaviors. Trying hard.
"No more nibbling crackers," you tell yourself. Or "I have to stop going for second bowls of ice cream." Or, "I shouldn't be eating the kid's cookies."
But life gets nutty. We get stressed, become angry or tired and head over to the pantry... here we go again.
