Constellation Brands (STZ) ‘Top Pick’ in Alcohol Sector as Pendulum Swings Towards Booze

Bill Kirk and Phil Kafarakis break down Constellation Brands (STZ) earnings, which sent the stock higher despite year-over-year contraction. Phil says the whole industry is suffering because of suppressed demand from consumers. Consumers are moving from quantity to quality, he argues, along with Gen Z’s more moderate drinking. Bill says the outlook is the real story as we’re beginning to lap last year’s disruptions. He thinks the pendulum may swing back from health and wellness towards alcohol, and says Constellation Brands is his top pick in the sector.
