This week we are deep diving into this term that is popping up everywhere, Gaslighting. Gaslighting is a form of psychological manipulation that attempts to make individuals question their own reality in order to gain power and control over them. And, the scary thing is- it can happen to anyone. There is good news though and Kat (@kat.defatta) is going solo this week to make sure we all know that there is a way to get out of these kinds of tangled webs. Listen this week to gain a better understanding of what Gaslighting actually is, how to spot it, and what to do when you feel like you are being gas lit.
