NCAA draft NOA drops on Michigan. Why it's not much new but a ton of overreach

ESPN revealed much of the content of the NCAA draft notice of allegations on Michigan football on Sunday. There are some new elements to get into, such as Sherrone Moore being implicated as the coach who deleted text messages -- though he ended up producing them for the NCAA, yet the NCAA seems intent to punish anyway. We delve into the Level I charges against Jim Harbaugh and Connor Stalions (that they 'failed to cooperate') and what that means (which is even baked into the story itself!) as well as the revelation that the NCAA feels that it has proven that Stalions was on the CMU sideline in Week 1.

After going through and reacting along with you, we give our final thoughts about why these charges (particularly the 'lack of cooperation' charges) would be an absurd overreach even if it was the United States government, let alone the NCAA.
