At the Defense Information Systems Agency, there's a new customer experience focus within the agency's hosting and compute Center, also known as the j9 Directorate. Part of that is embodied in the hybrid cloud broker office, which now includes a public facing sales force, a new customer success team and disses, first ever marketing team.
