On this week's episode, the ladies chat with the "Soulicitor" Ms. Charlene Gisele. First, she shares her story of how she wanted to be a lawyer since she was a little girl. Watching her father in the business world she was driven to do more than just your average student. Charlene went to high school in the states, but after learning she would have to go to four years before starting law school she decided to attend law school in the UK.
Charlene attended Christ College at Cambridge University where Charles Darwin attended, and not only got her English law degree but also her French law degree equivalent at Cambridge.
After graduation, she started working at one of THE BIGGEST law firms in the world, but sadly after about 5 years in Charlene started feeling severely burnt out. She knew something had to change!
Leaving everything she had worked for behind, she retrained and qualified as a Primal Health Coach and Corporate Wellness Consultant. She now advises founders and partners from some of the world’s top law firms, CEOs, and corporate executives on how they can optimize their health and wellbeing using a combination of ancestral principles and new-age biohacking techniques to keep stress and burnout at bay.
