Yisbel is a highly accomplished real estate professional based in Cape Coral, Florida, where she has lived for the past 20 years. Originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management with a focus on Marketing. As the founder and team leader of Kingdom Group (Professionals Real Estate Group), Yisbel has established herself as a top producer in the real estate industry.

Before earning her real estate license, Yisbel worked as a wholesaler and for the Florida Department of Children and Families. Today, she chairs the Hispanic Vote in Lee County, advocating for the Hispanic community and endorsing political candidates. As a certified coach for the John Maxwell and SUCCESS programs, Yisbel brings leadership expertise to her clients and peers. She holds several real estate designations, including certifications in Short Sale Foreclosure (SFR), Pricing Strategy (PSA), Accessibility (CARES), and more.

An eXp ICON agent for three consecutive years, Yisbel has sold over 45 homes in 2023, earning the prestigious Chairman’s Excellence Award at the Emerald level. Additionally, she serves as the Education Chair for the Women’s Council of Realtors.
