Today before we talk anymore about leadership in the general sense of the term, we are going to talk about the way we breathe.
Breathwork is the yoga you can do from your office chair, it’s one of the most impactful and efficient exercises you can bring into the workplace. (Ahem, yoga teachers, and business professionals listening.)
It’s also something I practice before I’m going to teach or speak in front of a lot of people if I’m feeling a little out of synch or anxious. I’ll tell you the whole story. I’m excited to finally share the details of these tools with you so that you can put them into practice too. At the end I will share a guided beginner friendly breathwork and grounding exercise with you. I’m also going to share my personal stories as I started dipping my toes into breathwork.
