In this episode we discuss the hurdles that can come in to play when coaching at the foundation and youth development phases. We highlight the four that we believe have the greatest consequences and look at the symptoms of each and how these can playout in practice.

The hope is that by shining a light on these four hurdles it might help us recognise our own challenges and/or help us better identify and support others.
