I  had a wonderful chat with two of the best in the business. Recently inducted NFBC Hall of Famer John Pausma and on fellow sharp player Doug Gruber. Together these two guys have constantly bested their competition in both baseball and football. You find them both on top of leaderboards in various formats in NFBC. You can also find Doug's work on babsbaseball.com, where he contributes to Ron Shandlers BABS system for assessing player talent (a very useful tool in the toolbox). We talk about many things from:
