How to create belonging

True belonging doesn't require you to bring the best of you. It requires you to bring all of you, and have that accepted. 

I hope you can find the intentionality in your heartset to choose and accept your team and all of what they bring, the good, the bad, the strengths, the weaknesses, the desirable and less desirable. 

If love is the synthesis of thesis and antithesis, then your heart-centred leadership has the power to create more light in the world by choosing to love and accept all of it.
