HoG 11: Mike Lady - "Gentlemen's Agreement"

I talk about the stakes of grappling competitions and how the incentives of "professional" paid and unpaid shows do not necessarily align with the best interests of the competitors, particularly in the realm of injuries sustained during competitions. 

To put it more straightforward: there should be a common understanding, a "Gentlemen's Agreement", between competitors to take care of each other by allowing them a chance to tap and save their joint health for another day.
