Balls to the Walz

This week hosts Tiffany Cross, Angela Rye, and Andrew Gillum discuss Kamala’s VP pick: Minnesota Governor Tim Walz. What does his selection bring to the ticket, some white privilege maybe? Maybe more—Coach certainly got the gibes and clapbacks; recently he is the architect of the  “weird” strategy to redefine MAGA Republicans. 

In foreign affairs, things are heating up between Israel and Iran with the United States caught in the middle. Tiffany and Andrew weigh how a new war in the Middle East could affect this election cycle. 

Speaking of Israel, we just AIPAC spend millions of dollars to push out yet another progressive, Cori Bush.  She lost her primary race to a Black Democrat who pledged not to run against her. Funny what money does! 

Lastly, the hosts weigh in on the Republican election denialism movement. MAGA Republicans have been altering the rules of local elections to make it easier to dispute and withhold the results. We have an update from the Georgia Election Board and across the country.
