It’s OK to have a broken relationship with labor after the pandemic. It’s been three years. Nothing is the same. Lots of habits developed. Lots of things broke.
Remember that you don’t always have the same relationship with labor throughout your career, and neither do your co-workers. It’s good to figure out where they are.
Breaks are good. Uninterrupted breaks are very important.
