This weeks My Thoughts Monday brings us Robert Morris University’s Todd Hamer talking about culture, and what his thoughts are on it. Todd discusses how everyone’s culture has issues, just like everyone’s program has issues. This is a personal thing that each coach needs to address in both situations working on our weaknesses versus our strengths. Again, this doesn’t end just at culture, but goes throughout the entire physical preparation process. Ham even goes as far as to shares examples of how he’s worked with “culture” in different teams that he has had the pleasure of working with at RMU.
