Prior to his current role, he was the Head of EMEA Corporate and Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and a member of the Global Corporate and Investment Banking Executive Committee with experience as the Head of Metals & Mining and Head of General Industrials. Marks holds an undergraduate degree from Durham University and is a Senior Independent Director of the Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust, Non-Executive Director of British Land PLC and a Visiting Fellow at Oxford University.
