This isn’t just a startup wave; it’s a broad career escape pattern: a mass migration away from conventional jobs towards agency, creativity, and ownership.

Meanwhile, the renowned Lenny Rachitsky, together with Noam Segal, surveyed 1750 tech workers who are already deep in the trenches of AI adoption. Their data not only reinforced the LinkedIn findings but made something even clearer.
