Listener Lafe Wessel joins Jeremy to talk about this fantastic hike through the Great Plains and Badlands of North Dakota, where hikers can encounter bison and wild horses, among other animals.  This trail gives hikers an opportunity to hike in solitude in a unique environment.  And Jeremy recounts the rough-and-tumble history of North Dakota, and President Theodore Roosevelt's connection to the state.
