In this week’s episode, I’m joined by Cate Sevilla, a journalist, consultant and author of the book How To Work Without Losing Your Mind. Cate has led and managed editorial teams for some of the world’s largest media and technology companies including Google and Microsoft. She was a founding member of BuzzFeed UK and later became editor-in-chief at The Pool. 

Her book offers a hilarious and relatable guide to the messy, stressful and bizarre side of work that everyone experiences but no one talks about. More than ever, we are wondering how to work without losing our minds and Cate’s advice can help us do just that.
