Angels and Awakening There's Healing in the Exhale with Mindfulness Coach Joree Rose
Friends, I have a special guest on today! Joree Rose came on the podcast to share her beautiful Angel story, and it turned into a full-length episode! Joree is a mindfulness coach, licensed marriage and family therapist, and host of the podcast Journey Forward with Joree Rose. She helps others gain inspiration and insight to get “unstuck” and live their best lives.
Joree begins with sharing an Angel story that involves a message from her father. It is the perfect example of how Spirit sends messages in the exact way that we need to receive them.
We then discuss how to deal with stress and anxieties, especially in the state of our World right now. We touch on what it really means to meditate, and bring truth to some common misconceptions about meditation. At the end of the episode, Joree leads us through a brief breath work exercise that will help to decrease any heavy energy that you are carrying around.
