This Friday's episode of "Creatively Me" sees Daniel joined by RTE presenter, journalist, filmmaker & newly published author Zainab Boladale.
Zainab has written for publications such as The Irish Independent, and will be known by Irish TV viewers for her work on news2day, where she became the first person of African heritage to become a news anchor on RTE, as well as on Nationwide. She wrote and directed the short film "Worthy" and most recently launched "Braids Take A Day", a young-adult novel where she explores themes of self-discovery and culture in a way that is fresh, fun & uniquely her own.
On this episode, Zainab Boladae will be chatting to Daniel about how exploring different cultures impacts her work, combining levity with heavier themes in her work & the value of taking time away and looking after yourself when in the midst of a project.
Plus, Zainab will tease what's to come next in her supremely diverse career.
