Jenny Vandehey is the Vice President of Culture and Experience at First Onsite, one of the largest disaster restoration brands in the world. She is also a long time branding and marketing executive. And a doula (google it). And an herbalist.

I was curious to know more about Jenny's role at First Onsite. It's a unique title/role in our industry, and I really admire them for making. And you can tell they take culture and experience seriously when you hear Jenny talk about the different initiatives they're executing on.

But just in case you're thinking this convo may be too "big corporate"- virtually all of the stuff they're implementing and trying at a large scale, totally translates into a small business as well.
