As a result, she suffered from adrenal fatigue, exhaustion, anxiety, and feeling depleted spiritually, emotionally and physically. What felt like a hellish year with no end, ended up being her greatest gift. Lisa learned how to build capacity to create the business and life to match her highest potential. She now teaches these principles with thousands of individuals around the globe.
Here's a behind the curtain explanation of Capacity and the 6 types. First off, Lisa defines capacity as "The ability to hold, handle and receive your next level of work, wealth and health." In order to do this you must change how you see yourself and ask yourself, 'Who do I want to be and become'? The 6 Types of Capacities are as follows:
- Financial Capacity: The ability to earn, save and invest more money every year.
- Visibility Capacity: To be fully seen, especially the parts of you that want to hide.
- Purpose Capacity: Having your inside match your outside and living your purpose.
- Embodiment Capacity: This is all about emotional capacity and handling emotions and issues as you grow.
- Structural Capacity: This is the foundation, the support and scaffolding of your empire and home. Do you have teams support your next level?
- Boundaries Capacity: This is about what we say 'yes' and 'no' to, or how we make specific requests of the Universe around what we're available or not available to do.
The 4 Pillars of Capacity are: 1. Discernment 2. Sovereignty 3. Equanimity and 4. Boundaries
Lisa talked about the necessity of experiencing friction when upleveling to a new capacity, as you are learning what it feels like to be that person you dream of. Growth comes from going into the unknown and taking baby steps.
