Sarala Terpstra is an American Instagram influencer and cookbook author who followed her dreams and moved to a 500-year-old house in the French countryside with her husband and daughter.
When she's not cooking, Sarala enjoys thrifting and antique hunting, browsing the seasonal produce at the market, and getting style inspiration from people-watching at French cafés. Sarala creates plant-based French recipes as a way of sharing her love for French culture while promoting a healthy and sustainable lifestyle.
A very recent move to Bourdeaux promises to be a new chapter and we look forward to Sarala returning to give us an update later in the year. We look forward to hearing how Vegan options are changing in France, her newest ideas for Veganizing French classics, and much more.
