Today I chat with the incredible Katie Williams, one of the country’s former leading beach sprinters and current host of the Better For It Podcast. We discuss what mindset is required to become an athletic champion, and with it, the powers of manifestation, taking inspired action and goal setting. We go deep into the moment that changed it all for her, the event that lead to a pivot in her career, and a complete reconfiguration of what healthy meant to her.

Katie shares how still to this day, it's the daily steps & 1%'s that add up to a whole - a lesson for us all in the face of goal setting.
