The Untethered Series #4: Grief and Gratitude | To Love and To Let Go

I've been experiencing grief and sadness lately, and in this episode I muse on how I was able to hold myself in those waves of raw human emotion and feel safe within that too.  I truly believe you feel the depths of your emotions to the extent you’re able to hold them, even if it doesn’t feel like that in the moment. What you do need, however, is space. Space to feel, space to listen in, space to be. And yes, this is a privilege, but also a basic human right & need! To know grief is to know love, and in that regard I am so grateful to have been experiencing this heaviness. I hope my ramblings today hit home in a way for you too.
