Lauren shares with us the story of starting her own business, how sending a random e-mail essentially changed her life, and her personal growth through therapy. As someone who was always GREAT at holding it in and holding it together, Lauren tells us why that isn’t always the best way to navigate life and how having her first panic attack changed the trajectory of her life forever (in the best way).
