Score one out for the boys - it's NO ENCORE.
Podcast OG Daithí returns with a brand new cinematic accompaniment under his belt, given his work as composer for new Irish film Christy which hits the picture houses this weekend.
Fittingly enough, he's casting his eyes and ears on some other notable scorekeepers from the film world, with particular focus on some of the more unsung heroes - at least compared to the stratospheric likes of Hans Zimmer, anyways.
All that and a lot more to discuss, so let's get to it...
ACT ONE: The preamble takes in Dave's visit to Father John Misty, Adam's intimate encounter with Blood Orange, and a necessary trip to CLARIFICATION CORNER.
ACT TWO (11:39): Christy hits cinemas this weekend - it's the thoughtful and sensitive debut feature film from Brendan Canty, with none other than Daithí providing the original music. We talk about that, and where he's at with all his various projects at the moment.
ACT THREE (39:38): News, and lots of it - Taylor Swift gets engaged, The Mary Wallopers get disengaged, Snoop Dogg gets scared, Will Smith gets criticised, and Becky Lynch gets shamed. Quite the fiery week, really.
ACT FOUR (1:06:16): Top 5 Film Composers
