Don’t get me wrong - long weekends are awesome.  But here’s the thing *spoiler alert* the whole "take time off to heal" idea might not be the magic fix you hoped for.

Burnout’s a slippery slope. It can often take years of pushing ourselves and ignoring our body’s signs to slow down before we realize how burned out we are.
