Jon comes on the podcast 3 weeks into a new role at Fulham after leaving the Saudi Arabian Olympic Committee when he was in charge of their strength and conditioning arm. I was lucky enough to attend St Mary's University when Jon was programme leader and he is an incredible communicator, educator and coach.
