A former Director of People and Culture in the tech space, she is now the founder of Want To Work There - an online resource hub that provides practical, actionable advice and resources for building better workplaces. Most recently, she’s spent the last 18+ months building the company’s first digital product, Training for the Modern Manager - a comprehensive, interactive curriculum that organizations purchase once and then use to internally train all current and future managers.
