Kevin Neglia is a student, teacher, and entrepreneur. He owns a studio space on Long Island, New York, and shares his philosophy and experiences with his community there. He has studied with many great teachers and has been studying “movement” since 2016 with Ido Portal. This practice has led him to adopt a philosophy which addresses our lifestyles, connection to our bodies, and that bodies connection to our world and nature. His practice continues to evolve with a craftsman like mentality to discover what we can draw from it, and how we can pass it on through collective knowledge.
