When Joe was just 19 years old, he had a wife and two kids to support. He drove a taxicab and a postal truck all while taking on a full college course load. 

Soon after, he found great success coaching at first high school and then eventually college football. After 16 years of coaching, he had a new ambition: a career on Wall Street.
